Bringing a complete Rebecca Clarke programme to the Gorgier Music Festival, in such an enchanting setting, was a truly meaningful experience for me.

Whenever I perform an entire programme devoted to Rebecca Clarke, I am reminded of the richness and originality of her musical voice.

One of the aims of the Rebecca Clarke Project is to contribute to bringing this extraordinary repertoire to a wider audience. I believe Clarke’s music deserves to be heard not only because of its historical significance, but above all because of its exceptional artistic value.
